    HomeTown Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services in the East Valley area of Arizona, including but not limited to installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians (ROC 360400).

    Submitting a service request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. A member of our team will contact you to confirm scheduling and provide any applicable estimates. Pricing is subject to on-site evaluation.

    4. Payment & Pricing

    All pricing for HVAC services will be provided as an estimate prior to work being performed. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    HomeTown Air stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service and may vary depending on the type of work performed and equipment installed. Manufacturer warranties are separate and subject to their respective terms.

    To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, HomeTown Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
